Here at Opulence, we will do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations as required.
While we remind all clients by text service 24 hours prior to their appointment, it is still the responsibility of the client to remember their appointment.
You can amend or cancel your appointment by calling the salon Tuesday – Saturday on 01253 788195, or by using the online booking system which is accessible 24/7.
- All cancellations made before 24 hours will be moved free of charge
- Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged at 50%
- No shows will be charged at 100%
Although there is no guarantee, we will always try to fill your appointment and in doing so there would be no cancelation fee.
While we appreciate many of our clients are returning customers, the cancellation policy is in place, so it is made fair for everyone.
