Returns Policy

We aim to provide, always, a high level of service for all customers.

For your peace of mind, the products which can be ordered via our site are covered by a 14 day returns guarantee. This is your statutory right to return products.

Cancelling an order

How to cancel the order?

If for any reason, you want to cancel an order or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it for a full refund, please let us know by emailing us at info@opulencehair.co.uk before the period of 14 days from the date your purchase is received has ended, this is the cancellation period you have under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. We will then contact you directly to let you know the correct procedure for your returning your purchase.


Please ensure that the goods are returned to the directly to us in accordance with the returns procedure:-

  • within the period of 14 days from the date the order is cancelled,
  • in a perfect saleable condition (i.e. the goods must be unused and in the condition received),
  • in their original packaging,  and
  • with all labels still attached.

Please note that you will be liable for postage charges for returning the item, unless the item is damaged or incorrect, and you remain responsible for safety and security of the item until it is received by us. These costs, together with the delivery costs, are not refundable.

The safe return of goods is your responsibility; we therefore suggest that you arrange for the goods to be returned using a tracked or signed for service. For high value items, we recommend that you insure the costs of goods before you send them back.

Faulty/Incorrect Goods

If you receive goods which are faulty or not correct you should notify us without delay.  If you do not notify us within 30 days of receipt of the goods, the right to return the goods will be lost.  When you notify us of the faulty or erroneous goods you should confirm if you wish a refund, repair or replacement of the goods.  Any replacement will depend on whether we have available stocks of the goods to replace them.

Where you return faulty or incorrect goods we will arrange for their return and (if a refund is required) shall refund all charges made.
