How to Raise a Concern
If you have a concern regarding your service, we kindly ask that you contact us in writing within 7 days of your appointment.
You can do this by emailing us at info@opulencehair.co.uk
Please include as much detail as possible so we can understand your experience and review this thoroughly.
All concerns are taken seriously and will be reviewed by a senior member of the team.
Where appropriate, we may invite you back into the salon so we can assess your hair in person and discuss the best way forward.
Our priority is always to find a fair and professional solution, as we pride ourselves on our expertise, consultation process and high standards.
